Has anyone else noticed how document management has gone fully remote these days? I used to keep everything on USB drives or random folders, but now it feels like every official doc can be handled online or even ordered and delivered by email. Last month, I needed a bank statement for a visa and got it sent straight to my inbox, which was honestly so much easier than waiting in a line. Anyone else using these kinds of services? Anything I should watch out for? |

I’ve switched to remote services too, especially after moving to another city. Way less hassle compared to dealing with paper. For stuff like custom statements or proof of address, I usually just go with Open link — it’s straightforward and they send over the PDF fast. Just be careful about which info you include when ordering. So far, it’s saved me tons of time, and I haven’t had issues. Security-wise, I just double-check everything before I share it. |

Remote everything is definitely the trend now. I hardly ever need to go anywhere for paperwork. I guess as long as you keep track of where your documents are, it’s actually pretty convenient. |
