Honestly, I don't know what the best thing to do is to get my car fixed and not throw away a lot of money on it. I stopped slamming the front door of my Chevy and there is still a serious gap between the door and the interior, can safely steal something, I just upgraded the stereo. My spouse says to repair the door myself and save money on that, and friends suggested going to a technician. What would you choose in this situation?

You know, I've been married for 15 years, and most of the time, my spouse ends up being right. Fortunately, I realized this fairly quickly, so I just listen to her. I would go with the first option, especially since T1A Auto https://www.t1aauto.co...ece-left-right-side-metal provides instructions for all the parts you purchase from them. I needed to replace a door handle and decided to replace both sides, including the internal mechanisms, to ensure the parts were compatible. Considering it was my first time, it took me about 40 minutes. It will probably take you about the same amount of time, assuming you just need to replace the door hinges.
