Friends, I have a problem: I really want to stay in the United States, but I currently have an F-1 student visa that will expire once I finish my studies at the university. This is very frustrating for me because I see my future here. What do I need to do to get U.S. residency? |

What year are you in? You should get an EB-3 visa, but there is a point that it takes about three years, so it all depends on what course you are currently studying. A few days ago I came across an article about green card options after F-1 visa on the eb3.work website and it describes in more detail the steps to get this visa. In general, I was thinking about applying for it, but I am still thinking about whether it is worth it or not. But I think in your case this is probably the only way to get US residency. |
