We’re trying to organize a big lake day for a bunch of friends, but everyone has different ideas about what to do. Last year we just floated around and played cards, but this year we want something a bit more active. What’s everyone’s favorite group activity on the water? Would love to hear any fun ideas that aren’t too wild. |

When you’ve got a big group, it can be hard to please everyone! We usually start out with a slow cruise, then anchor and set up floating mats and tubes so people can hang out. Renting some inflatables or a pontoon from https://thecliffsmarina.com/ made things easy for us—they had options for tritoons and even Sea‑Doos for those who wanted to go fast. Last time, half the group ended up playing games on the floats while the rest did laps on the jet ski. It split up nicely and everyone found something they enjoyed. I’d suggest mixing it up and just seeing what people naturally gravitate toward. |

It’s always funny to see who goes for the thrill rides and who just wants to nap in the sun. I think the best times are when you just let the day flow and don’t over-schedule things. |
