Furthermore, this tomestone increases damage while it allows a Commendation award to go out for highest-ranked player (usually tank or healer) which increases experience, Gil and Allagan tomestones for them as well.

Retainer Ventures

Retainer Ventures provide an indispensable means of in-game f14 gil. Hiring a retainer allows access to various ventures that provide material or items which can then be sold.

Players can assign their retainers on procurement, exploration or quick exploration ventures. Procurement ventures offer players a chance to secure monster drops and gil while exploration/quick exploration ventures offer them opportunities to uncover unique items/minion/crafting materials for use during quick exploration missions.

Retainers can also be used to sell items on the Market Board, offering an easier alternative than NPC vendors that only provide marginal returns for many items. Raising your retainer's ilvl will improve their chance of succeeding - this is by far and away the quickest and simplest way of making gil in-game!
